Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We currently ship across the United Kingdom, Portugal and the rest of Europe. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout: UK orders arrive via DHL Express (2-5 business days) or free DHL shipping (3-8 business days); Portugal ships free (2-7 business days); all other destinations ship via DHL Express (2-5 business days) or free DHL shipping (2-7 business days).
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To start a return, contact us via our Contact page with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Final sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return. Your personal and payment information is only ever used to process your order and is never sold to third parties.
